Yes, the first annual Sounders FC Scarfie Awards are here and they are going to bring you the very best of your Rave Green-clad idols as the club kicks off its seventh season in Major League Soccer.
Highlighting some of the best SFC moments of recent times but also some of the top players on your favorite football club, the Scarfies are a way to further celebrate everything you love about the Seattle Sounders FC…without the prep time of J-Lo’s coiffure.
With categories like Best Defense to Best Flip (bet you can guess who won that), there is something for everyone!
To further that, you’ll be able to nominate your friends and family through Social Media with special categories for you, the supporter. Using the hashtag #SFCScarfies, you pick one of your best pals for an award with prizes going to a random winner.
It’s going to be cooler than Johnny Depp wearing sunglasses inside on a Tuesday…and that’s pretty dang cool.
