In celebration of the spirit, color, and culture that define Washington and the Sounders, we proudly unveil our new primary jersey: The Evergreen State Kit.
Rooted at the water’s edge, the kit honors Seattle’s heritage, its enduring football obsession, and the timeless connection between nature, community, and the game.
This kit pays homage to the RAVE Foundation, the club’s charitable arm, and its mission to build soccer fields for free play, empower youth and strengthen communities through the power of the game.
As part of the club’s Purpose Beyond the Pitch initiative, the club will donate up to $50,000 from the first 30 days of sales of “The Evergreen State Kit” to RAVE Foundation. RAVE Foundation believes that play is not a privilege, and that every child deserves a free place to play, belong and dream.
Inspired by the beauty, simplicity, and class of the world’s game, The Evergreen State Kit is stitched with purpose — clean lines, minimalist design, and a deep connection to Rave Green and the community it represents.
Rave Green anchors the kit, paired with subtle blue and aqua accents that reflect Washington’s forests and waterways.
A premium flat-knit pattern on the cuffs and collar adds a refined visual texture, elevating the overall finish and completing the design with intentional detail.
A custom “The Evergreen State” jock tag sits on the front left corner, while an outline of Washington with 52 sparks appears on the outer back neck — representing the 52 mini-pitches the RAVE Foundation is committed to building across the state by the end of 2026.
This jersey is a reflection of stories like that of Seattle music artist Oblé Reed — a kid who grew up in this city, attended the inaugural Sounders match, and learned early that soccer could be a pathway to dreaming bigger.
