- Striker Raúl Ruidíaz makes his first start since the match against the Portland Timbers on April 15 after recovering from a hamstring injury. Midfielder Cristian Roldan earns his first start since April 8 against St. Louis CITY SC after returning from concussion protocol.
- Nicolás Lodeiro misses the match with a right adductor strain. Albert Rusnák shifts forward into the No. 10 role, with Obed Vargas replacing the Slovakian international in the deep-lying midfield role next to João Paulo.
- Alex Roldan returns to the starting lineup after missing the last match due to yellow card accumulation.
