The Seattle Sounders are visiting the Houston Dynamo on Saturday in their second of two meetings in the regular season. Here is everything you need to know:

WHEN AND WHERE: Kickoff is at 5:30 p.m. PT (7:30 p.m. local time) at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas.

WHERE TO WATCH: The match will be available to watch on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

WHERE TO LISTEN: The match will air on 93.3 KJR FM and El Rey 1360AM.

2025 RECORDS AND STANDINGS: Sounders: 4-3-4 (16 points, 7th West), Dynamo: 2-5-4 (10 points, 14thWest)

FORM GUIDE (all competitions, most recent first): Seattle: WDWWL, Houston: LWDDW

PREVIOUS MEETING: The Sounders and Dynamo played to a scoreless draw at Lumen Field on March 22. Seattle Goalkeeper Stefan Frei needed to make just one save in the clean sheet.

FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS: All of a sudden, the Sounders are one of the hottest teams in MLS. Seattle has taken 10 points from its last 12 matches and outscored its opponents 9-2.

THREE-MATCH ROAD TRIP: The Sounders will embark on a three-match road trip for the second time in the past six weeks with a midweek trip to LAFC and a visit to Providence Park in Portland at the weekend looming.

MUSOVSKI LOOKING FOR FIVE: Sounders forward Danny Musovski will look to make it five consecutive matches with a goal this weekend. He joined elite company last week, as only club legends Obafemi Martins, Fredy Montero and current teammate Jordan Morris have recorded a goal in four straight fixtures.

SCHMETZER JOINS OLSEN IN TOP 10: Seattle Head Coach Brian Schmetzer earned his 130th career MLS regular season win last weekend, tying Frank Yallop for 10th on the all-time MLS coaching wins list. Now in his ninth full season in charge, Schmetzer joins Dynamo Head Coach Ben Olsen (144), who sits in sixth. A former United States international as a player, Olsen is in his third year in Houston after a decade with D.C. United.

MIDWEEK MATCH: Before hosting the Sounders on Saturday, the Dynamo will travel to Arizona to take on the USL Championship’s Phoenix Rising FC in the Round of 32 of the U.S. Open Cup.

SCORING WOES: The Dynamo have generated the fourth-fewest Expected Goals (12.07) of any team in MLS so far this season. They’ve also only scored 10, which is seventh-worst in the league.

PLAYER TO WATCH: Ondřej Lingr, M

Lingr was someone Dynamo President of Soccer Pat Onstad brought in to help address some of the aforementioned goalscoring struggles. The 26-year-old signed as a Designated Player from SK Slavia Prague in his native Czechia and has already scored twice in just 171 minutes of game action.
