LAvSEA Starting XI: Head Coach Brian Schmetzer makes three changes for Galaxy match -

NOTES:

  • Head Coach Brian Schmetzer makes three changes to the lineup that fell 1-0 to the Portland Timbers at midweek. Xavier Arreaga replaces Shane O’Neill at center back, while Gustav Svensson comes in for Joevin Jones, who misses the match with a sprained ankle. Finally, Will Bruin is making his first start since June 5, 2019, in place of Raúl Ruidíaz as he serves a one-game suspension.
  • Svensson starts his first match since August 30, following a spell away with the Swedish national team.
  • Captain Nicolás Lodeiro is 55 minutes shy of breaking the 10,000-minute mark in MLS regular season play.
