Aggregate Score: Portland holds a 2-1 lead in the series after the first leg on Saturday in Seattle. There is no away goals tiebreaker. If the score is tied after the second leg, the aggregate-goal series will go to two 15-minute overtime periods. If the score remains tied, it will go to a shootout.

Timbers – OUT: D David Horst (L knee sprain); D Ryan Miller (L tibia stress fracture); F Brent Richards (ACL surgery); D Mikael Silvestre (ACL surgery); D Dylan Tucker-Gangnes (concussion). QUESTIONABLE: F Maximiliano Urruti (L hamstring strain).


Key Player: Goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts came up big for the Timbers in some key moments in the first leg, finishing the match with four saves, including one in the final seconds of the match to seal the 2-1 victory. He has a lot of range and can be a tough beat, but Seattle has been able to get past him before and will need to solve him again in order to advance.
