The Seattle Sounders are taking on the Portland Timbers in their first MLS preseason action on Saturday from the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz. CLICK HERE to watch the match via live stream. Here is the Delta Starting XI:
NOTES:
- The Sounders will start in a 4-4-2 diamond formation, a variation from Head Coach Brian Schmetzer's traditional 4-2-3-1.
- Waylon Francis, who the Sounders acquired from Columbus Crew SC during the offseason, will make his first appearance with the club when he starts at left back.
- The Sounders will feature two guest players from Tucson in Aiden McGlothan and Wedner Delmonte. Seattle also has Academy players Khai Brisco, Ray Serrano and Dylan Teves available, as well as goalkeeper trialist Calle Brown.
