After three difficult matches on the road, Sounders FC 2 finally returns to the comfort of Starfire Stadium to wrap up the season with two matches in front of the home support. The Rave Green remain just two points from clinching a spot in S2's inaugural season, but it is a point that has eluded the club, slipping away by one goal in the team's two most recent matches. Fortunately, the odds favor the home side going into Friday's match against Orange County Blues FC.
S2 is 10-2-0 when playing at home, outscoring opponents 27 to 15 on home turf. In two previous matches against the Blues, S2 has recorded both a win and a draw with goals from Sam Garza, Pablo Rossi and Darwin Jones. The Rave Green will be without Garza this Friday as the forward sits out a match due to yellow card accumulation.
