There wasn’t much doubt, but Seattle Sounders defender Román Torres is officially heading to Russia.
Panama on Wednesday announced their 23-man roster for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the first in the Central American nation’s history. The federation previously announced a 35-man provisional roster.
Torres has over 90 caps and scored the game-winning goal to send Los Canaleros to the World Cup.
