TUKWILA, Wash. – Seattle Sounders FC 2 defender Jordy Delem has been called up to represent his home country of Martinique in 2017 Caribbean Cup Qualifiers beginning this week.
Delem has 29 caps for Martinique and will join their 23-man roster for the third round of the competition. The team travels to the Dominican Republic on Oct. 8 before returning home to Martinique to play Trinidad & Tobago on Oct. 11.
Delem was integral to S2 this season, making 19 appearances and starting nearly every game after signing on April 29.
