The Seattle Sounders are taking on the Vancouver Whitecaps at BC Place on Friday (7 p.m. PT; Q13 FOX, KIRO Radio 97.3 FM, El Rey 1360AM) in the first Cascadia match of the season.

- The Sounders employ the same starting lineup as they did against San Jose last week, save for Gustav Svensson lining up at center back for Roman Torres. Svensson replaced Torres 15 minutes into last week’s match after Torres strained his left hamstring.
