2025 Concacaf Champions Cup
Sounders FC will face Antigua G.F.C. in Round One of the Concacaf Champions Cup. Match Two of the series will take place on the EQC pitch at Lumen Field on Feb. 26. Tickets are on sale for $20.25 now!
WHAT’S AT STAKE: If Seattle advances, it will take on Mexico’s Cruz Azul in a home-and-home Round of 16 series beginning on March 4. Cruz Azul defeated Haiti’s Real Hope in their opening round matchup.
BUSY START: Despite the 2025 campaign just beginning, the Sounders will play their third match in eight days after sandwiching a 2-2 home draw with Charlotte FC on Saturday in their MLS season-opener. Seattle then heads to Real Salt Lake next Saturday for its second MLS contest.
CCC UNBEATEN RUN: Seattle is unbeaten in its last 11 Concacaf Champions Cup matches (5-0-6), which is an all-time record for MLS teams in the competition.
HISTORY BECKONS FOR MORRIS: After recording a brace on Saturday to open the 2025 MLS season, forward Jordan Morris tied former teammate and club legend Raúl RuidÃaz for the most goals in all competitions in team history in all with 86. A goal this Wednesday would put Morris alone at the summit.
DALLAS DYNAMISM: The Sounders opened the scoring against Antigua inside three minutes as offseason acquisitions and former FC Dallas teammates Jesús Ferreira and Paul Arriola linked up. Both Ferreira and Arriola made their home debuts off the bench against Charlotte and will be looking to get on the score sheet again on Wednesday.
