- Nicolás Lodeiro comes in for Jackson Ragen and Alex Roldan replaces Kelyn Rowe as the Sounders revert back to their usual 4-2-3-1 formation.
- Lodeiro makes his 130th all-time MLS regular season start. He has 35 goals and 62 assists throughout his Sounders career in league play.
- Homegrown midfielder Obed Vargas is set to make his 11th start and 20th appearance across all competitions during the 2022 season.
