It was another unblemished weekend for Sounders FC, as the First Team and S2 each claimed victories. The MLS-side visited New York City FC for its first-ever meeting with the expansion club, winning 3-1 thanks to two goals and an assist from Obafemi Martins. For their efforts, Martins and defenders Chad Marshall and Dylan Remick earned MLS Team of the Week honors. In addition, S2 defeated the Orange County Blues 2-1 remain unbeaten at Starfire Sports.
