Former Seattle Sounders midfielder Steve Zakuani will host his third annual Steve Zakuani and Friends charity match on Sunday, July 2, from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. PT at Starfire Sports in Tukwila. Tickets are available here and start at $25.
This season’s edition of the game will feature former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and former NFL wide receiver Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson, in addition to former MLS greats Dwayne De Rosario, Eddie Johnson, Brian Ching and more.
Proceeds for the match will benefit #Profit50, a new initiative by Zakuani’s charity Kingdom Hope, which aims to give out 50 scholarships in the next five years.
There will be pre-match festivities, which include music, food and beer.
