This week on “Winging it with Zakuani,” host Steve Zakuani reminisces on a successful 2009 season with former Seattle Sounder and current club executive Taylor Graham, his role on that inaugural team and the various costumes worn to a team Halloween party at Freddie Ljungberg’s house.
“[Freddie Ljungberg] jumped out of the bushes dressed as Fat Bastard,” said Graham, who enters this week’s episode at the 11:36 mark. “He was Fat Bastard to a ‘T’ and then you had Kasey Keller who was carrying a chainsaw around scaring all the young guys.”
Zakuani begins the episode detailing the team’s four points over the past two matches and highlights Ozzie Alonso’s return to the starting XI at the 3:00 mark. At 32:38, Zakuani builds his Sounders starting basketball lineup and finishes the segment with his “Big 3 Things” at 34:00.
