Romell Quioto gave Honduras the lead in the sixth minute before Blas Perez leveled the match in the 41st. Alberth Elis retook the lead for Honduras in the 65th before Torres’ equalizer at the death.
Panama are in fourth place in the Hex with seven points from six matches, while Honduras are in fifth with four points.
