2026 Alliance Member Return Ticket Program

We know plans change. That’s why our Return Ticket Program gives you flexibility throughout the season so you never miss out on the value of your membership.

Alliance Members can log into their Account Manager, select the match they want to receive Return Ticket Credit for, and press return. Members can also return parking for credit.

Alliance Members can return tickets from their current season plan in exchange for account credit, subject to the guidelines below.

  • Tickets returned at least four (4) days before matchday (based on match kick off time) will receive full (100%) ticket credit
  • Tickets returned at least two (2) days before matchday (based on match kick off time) will receive 75% ticket credit
  • Ticket returns are not accepted within two (2) days of matchday

Members may return tickets for up to:

  • Seven (7) matches for General Memberships
  • Eight (8) matches for Club Memberships

All ticket returns must be submitted through your Alliance Member Account Manager.

Instructions on returning your tickets

Here is how you can return your tickets through our Return Ticket Program.

For iPhone users:

Please make sure you are signed into Account Manager on the Sounders FC mobile app.

  1. Open the ticket for the match you want to return in the SFC app.
  2. Click "More Ticket Actions" at the bottom.
  3. Select "Return."
  4. Select the seats you would like to return, then hit "Continue."
  5. Click “Return for Ticket Return Credit" and hit "Continue."

For Android and other non-iPhone users:

Please make sure that you are logged in to Account Manager via Desktop or a Mobile web browser.

  1. Go to the "My Events" tab.
  2. Click "Select Event" for the match you want to return.
  3. Click “MORE” and select “RETURN”.
  4. Select which seats you would like to return then hit "Continue".
  5. Click “Return for Ticket Return Credit" Review and click "Submit".

Where you can use your Return Ticket Credit

  • Buy additional single match tickets to our matches so your friends can enjoy a match
  • Secure a suite for your birthday or special event
  • Return two tickets for one match and get four together for another match and bring the whole family
  • Upgrade your seats for a match to Pitchside or all-inclusive premium seats (while supplies last)
  • Bring your whole soccer team to a match for a group outing
  • Apply the balance to your upcoming membership renewal
